• Orders are accepted by phone, online, mail and e-­-mail only.
  • Prices include personalization (minimum order of two dozen kippahs).
  • There is a set-­-up charge of $14.00 for anyone ordering less than five dozen.
  • This charge needs to be added to the shopping cart when you place your order.


  • We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
  • Anyone wishing to mail in a Check or Money Order should make it out to Kippahs Your Way LLC P.O. Box 300848 Brooklyn, NY 11230
  • Your order will be processed after the check or money order clears our bank.


  • We will be happy to provide samples free of charge upon request.


  • Please allow at least 4 weeks for any order that needs personalization
  • Anyone ordering Knit Kippahs, please allow 6-8 weeks.
  • Rush orders are available at an additional cost.


  • We ship through the United States Postal Service throughout the United States.
  • We maximize Priority Mailing Services.
  • Kippahs Your Way will NOT be responsible for any delays with the USPS regarding the delivery of your order.


  • Any cancellation or changes to an order MUST be done in writing via e-­mail.
  • Once the order is completed, no changes will be accepted.
  • Anyone wishing to change or cancel an order after it’s already in production will incur additional charges.


  • When your order arrives, it is important to check it for any errors or damages.
  • If for any reason, there is a problem, please contact us within 2-­3 days of receiving your order.

  • Any order sent back WITHOUT prior notification will be refused and sent back.
  • Any merchandise that is defective or not to your satisfaction will be replaced or refunded.
